Question about some weird cases

When I check the data some cases' start time is little strange
some cases do Payment application-Application-mail income 1 after mail-vaild
please see the picture below.

because of those cases, the mean case duration of the year became larger.

is it normal cases, or is it from some system error?

please announce me some information about it whether I remove those data or include them

    Hi.
    Have a look at the description of the event attribute time:timestamp

    "note that some timestamps are manually entered and may therefore contain spelling mistakes."

    In the case mentioned above, it was probaby just a typo and should be 04.05.2015.
