Yes, I had seen that paper but... in that paper there is not an clear explanation about the "HeuristicsNet". Just it is mentioned once and it doesn't explain anything about this...CongLiu said: -
The exact definition of Heuristic Net also changed along several papers. Maybe you should rather look at Causal nets (which are very similar), but very well defined here:
