Hi Mustafa,
I believe most of the info you can look up yourself.
If you have any specific questions I can try to help you, but please spend some efforts first yourself

Hi the documentation page of ProM plugins may also help https://svn.win.tue.nl/repos/prom/Documentation/
-
the link is not working

And for instance the 'company' behind the tool is the AIS group at Eindhoven University of Technology, but researchers from all over the world contrbute. So that 'disables' some questions already

Which database is in use?
-
Where can I get info about the ProM community?
-
Dear Mustafa,
As Joos Buijs indicated, many of the number you mention have no meaning in the context of ProM. ProM is Open Source, and can be downloaded for free. As a result, the number of customers is not known. Sales and balance sheet are completely out of context.
It seems that you are looking for information that has no value at all. This begs the question why you need this kind of information.
Kind regards,
Eric.
