Social Network Analysis in ProM
In this document http://www.processmining.org/_media/publications/aalst2005g.pdf , I found the screenshot (fig.6) of social network analysis which shows the betweenness for each node; however, there is no such table available in ProM 6. I'm looking for the metrics for betweenness and closeness.
Also, would you please provide formulas to calculate the edge weight values between nodes in graph when Social Network (HoW) plug-in is selected.
Also, Is there any Resource activity matrix like in the video 01:49 Course 5.5 (https://www.coursera.org/learn/process-mining/lecture/8jdQn/5-5-mining-social-networks) in PROM? How do these ratios come up?
Thanks,

Hi,
I think you can find what you are looking for in ProM 5.2, an older version of ProM.

Thank you! After converting a CSV file to a XES file, I used the Xlog for social network (HoW); however, there was no graph. All it showed was just a single dot. Later I found a same file with .mxml extension for social network analysis, and it worked. Would you please provide any instructions to convert a CSV to mxml if that's the only way to get it done?

When converting the data yourself you must make sure that the 'org:resource' field is filled for each event. In the CSV importer, please click on the 'advanced settings' (or similar) button in the 2nd screen.
For more info see https://svn.win.tue.nl/trac/prom/browser/Documentation/CSV Importer for instance.
