Conformance checking, model being concentrated on one spot
When checking a Petri net against an event log using plug-in ‘Replay a Log on Petri Net for Conformance Analysis’, the output model when viewed was concentrated in the top left hand side of the window. I had NOT visualised the Petri net before conformance checking
When you have imported the Petri net from the PNML file, make sure to visualize it first, and only then do the replay. Alternatively, you could visualize the Petri net after you have ran the visualizer, but then you need to refresh the visualized replay result. When visualizing the Petri net, the coordinates of all places and transitions will be set properly. For some reason, this does not happen when visualizing the replays results.
