Dear Amarant,
I'm assuming you are asking for a SVN username/password to check out a part of the source code.
The username/password you can use to check out code (but not commit) from https://svn.win.tue.nl/repos/prom is anonymous/anonymous (from http://prom.win.tue.nl:8000/Tracsites/wiki/setup/CheckingOutPromUsingSubclipse).
Please note that the SVN URL has been changed recently, see also http://prom.win.tue.nl/forum/index.php?p=/discussion/64/prom-package-repository
I hope this answers your question.
