Hi,
I can only tell you that you need to start ProM with the org.processmining.contexts.uitopia.UI class as main class, with "-Djava.library.path=./lib" as an option for the VM. How you then exactly start ProM from NetBeans is beyond me, as I'm not a NetBeans user.
I guess most of the ProM developers use Eclipse instead of NetBeans.
Note that the current ProM framework and most of the ProM packages nowadays rely on Ivy to resolve all kinds of dependencies. Please make sure that your installation of NetBeans does support Ivy.
Kind regards,
Eric.
