Process Model Analysis Guidance

Hi all,

Process mining practitioners are frequently faced with complex models when applying process discovery techniques on real data. We are currently researching a new way to deal with this complexity: by providing automatic highlighting and walk-throughs to guide process analysis.

This work is being implemented in ProM and will be available soon in the CSM Miner plugin. We have created a survey to test this approach in the context of a process with multiple interacting sub-processes:
