Calculating fitness index using ProM.
I ran a process model using Disco.
Now, I would like to calculate it`s fitness index, as was mention in (Aalst, Guo, & Gorissen, 2015). For example: Page 16 table 1
http://wwwis.win.tue.nl/~wvdaalst/publications/p815.pdf
Can you guide me how to do that?
Thanks in advance,
Eyal

Dear Eyal,
From the process model in Disco you cannot get a replay fitness score.
You would need to create or discover a Petri net in our tool ProM to calculate alignments ('replay event log on process model for conformance analysis'). Alternatively, you can run the inductive visual miner on the event log.
If you do a quick google, or browse this forum, I'm sure you'll find some pointers.
