Cannot show conformance check result using 6.4.1 plug-ins

I have trouble in replaying performance check on some of my trace log based on Petri Net. The configurations are all set, however once the result was calculated, it became unaccessible. (Shown in the attachment) I am wondering how this happens and if there is a way to fix it. Some other trace logs can be replayed correctly and get resuslts.

    Dear 'zmlzeze',

    First of all my apologies for the very late reply.

    It seems that there was a bug in the visualization that made it crash.
    Did you use the 'replay log on model for conformance/performance' plugin?

    If yes, can you start ProM from the command line (e.g. open a command window, go to the ProM folder and start the .bat file from the prompt), this will give us detailed debug information.
