Hi Manoj,
OpenXES documentation can be found at http://www.xes-standard.org/openxes/start
However, from you question it is not comletely clear what you want to acchieve. If you are writing ProM 6 plug-in then you do not need to worry about loadin/saving XES files as you can just write a plug-in that requires an XLog instance as input.
Please let me know when you're writing code outside of ProM and/or believe you have to load the XES file in code yourself.

Dear Manoj and Nami,
@Namoj: please find a collection of 'hello world' tutorials here:
https://svn.win.tue.nl/trac/prom/wiki/setup/HowToCreatePluginsInProM
@Nami: working with XES files is supported by the OpenXES library:
http://www.xes-standard.org/openxes/start
I hope this answers your question.
