Problem with Conformance checking

I have been working with process mining from last 10 months. I have faced problem while calculating precision(Using conformance checker) of PNML. Prom isn't responding well for calculating precision. Please help me to solve this problem.

    I think the main reason is the size of your event log and process model. For instance, if the process model contains a loop or allows for an activity to be executed many times this might cause issues.

    Do you manage to calculate alignments for the replay fitness?

    By the way, are you using ProM 5 or ProM 6? Your post category suggest ProM 5, I would suggest to use ProM 6.
