the declare miner

How can I use the declare miner in the Prom 6.3? What are the files that I need to import. I only get the file template.xml. What is the second file that I have to import? and what is its plugin? 

Are there any important documents that can help me to understand also the declare miner source code? How can I get the source code? and how to understand the source code?

As far as I know you only need an event log as input object.
