Hi,

I'm a graduate student at Rutgers. Currently I'm doing some research on trace alignment using JC's work(guide tree miner+trace alignment(with guide tree)+trace alignment). However, I have many questions towards it due to incomplete documentation. Can anyone help? The situation is complicated and therefore may need email communication. My email is seanbo.cd@gmail.com.
