Questions about Telephone Repair Example
Hi,
When I tried to repeat the experiment in Prom6 tutorial section 3.1, I got stuck by event log pre-processing. According to the document, this log should contain 1000 process instances, 12 event classes, 1 start event (\Register+complete"), 1 end event (\Archive Repair+complete"), and 13 originators. However, my result includes 6 event classes and 10 originators. The others are the same. The raw data and step-by-step illustration of my procedure is enclosed. The raw data is telephone repair example (repairExample.xes) which can be downloaded from the website. Can somebody help?
