Conformance Checking: how to calculate

Good day!
Can anybody explain me how conformance checking values calculated in plug-in "Replay a log on Petri Net for conformance" (this is fitness: Move-Log Fitness, Move-Model Fitness, Trace-Fitness values) and in plug-in "Measure Precision and Generalization" (precision and generalization values)?
May be some articles?
