Help Needed on Guide Tree Miner

Hi Guys,

I try to use guide tree miner to do some process mining work. I first convert my original file into log by 'Convert Key/Value Set to Log' plugin. Then, when I tried to use 'Guide Tree Miner' to build the guide tree, it stopped at 'Starting to encode log java.lang.NullPointerException'. Is there anything that I did wrong? The data and screen shot is enclosed in https://www.dropbox.com/s/129vh563g3zk2fl/Package.rar . Look forward to your further response.

    I have the same problem but it appears that so far no solution for this problem has been proposed.
