Hi all... I am a Beginner can anybody please help me in understanding the prom tool

Hi

I am able to run the tool with repairExample.xes file. At the action part when I select the alpha miner  it gives some flow diagram. but the problem is I am not able to understand what exactly happens in it.

So is there any material which explains it step by step. I had gone through the prom-6.0-getting-started.pdf. Is there any other or better material.
