How to generate EventDate in MS CRM 2011

Hi,

iam a total newbee to the process mining world.Iam writing my bachelor degree about using process mining with crm 2011.
CRM 2011 have some Workflow system called Windows Workflow Foundations, this system tracks and audit all process instances in
the CRM 2011 Database. But i have some big problem!I need historic processdata.For example 1000proces instances.

I dont know how to generate this data. Have anybody some idea or work with CRM 2011, that we can talk about the problem.

    I don't want to advertise myself but you might find my Masters thesis useful about a generic approach on extracting event logs.
