Problem with XESame

Hi all,

I am getting the following error when trying to get my process data from an MySQL database using XESame:

ERROR) We could not write the event log file because we encountered an error when parsing a stored extension (Concept):Connection timed out

Did you encounter this before?

    Hi Dianac,

    This can happen if you don't have an internet connection that allows applications to access the internet.
    XESame needs to get the concept extension definition at least once from the internet.
