Warning when creating mapping

Hi all,

I am getting the following warning when creating the mapping to xes/mxml

2011-12-11 19:45:32: (PROGRESS) Starting step 5 of 5: Converting Cache DB to XES.
2011-12-11 19:45:33: (WARNING) Not every specified key in the classifier Activity classifier is also in the list of global event attributes. This means that for at least 1 event the classifier is invalid!!!

Hence, when I try to import the generated file in ProM it does not succeed. Do you have some hints of what I may be doing wrong ?

Thanks,
Diana

    Hi Diana,

The first error you get indicates that the attributes used in the 'activity' classifier do not appear in each event. For instance the lifecycle:transition value might be missing for all or some events in your event log. The attributes in the classifier should be present for each event.

The second error you mention should not be related to this since, although it is against the XES specification, ProM should be able to load the event log.
If you still have this problem, please provide more details so we can help to solve it.
