Hi 'mendessp'
On the site you just mentioned there is a link 'Getting Started'. This will lead you to the page that explains how to start developing plug-ins for ProM. This include several 'Hello world' plug-in examples to get you started.
How to get your development environment (Eclipse) set-up and how to download the latest ProM source code is explained at http://prom.win.tue.nl:8000/Tracsites/wiki/setup/HowToBecomeAProMDeveloper
Creating plug-ins for ProM is explained at http://prom.win.tue.nl:8000/Tracsites/wiki/setup/HowToCreatePluginsInProM
Hope this answers your question.
