Date time format

Hi,
I assume you are importing this as a CSV file, and then try to convert it into an an XES event log using the "Convert CSV to XES" plugin. In the second dialog for this plugin, you cna specify the start time and the end time together with the expected date formats. When you have selected a column for a timestamp, the dialog will try to figure out the format itself, but you can change this manually. In your case, I guess the date format should be like "yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ss".
Kind regards, Eric.
