Import XES files

Hi, I have ProM Lite 1.4 installed on more than one PC. Only in the older installation I have te opportunity to import XES files. The others, recently installed, doesn't list the XES importer among the options. I tried also with the last ProM release, but the result is the same (also if a longer list of import formats is available).


Any hint?

    Hi,

    The only thing that I can think of, is that there was an issue when creating the plugin cache. The last ProM release comes with a Package Manager, if you run that, you'll find a button in the bottom right corner that you can use to clear this cache. The first time you then start ProM (or ProM Lite), it will recreate this cache.
