plugin to find process variants directly from log

Hi,
If you have installed the VariantFinder package, there will be a Process Variant Finder plugin. However, I do not know how this plugin exactly works. It seems, you need to select the attributes first that are to be used for the activity name, and then select the Apply Settings button, but this is as far as I get. For details, you may wan tto check out the PhD thesis of Alfredo Bolt, who developed this plugin. You can find this thesis at https://research.tue.nl/en/publications/comparative-process-mining-analyzing-variability-in-process-data.
Kind regards,
Eric.
