annotatedgraph plugin?

hi
to reuse annotated graph in my new package, I add this dependency to IVy file:
  <dependency org="prom" name="annotatedgraph" rev="latest" changing="true" transitive="true" />
but I get error that :smile: 
Some projects fail to be resolved
Impossible to resolve dependencies of prom#NewPackageIvy;latest
unresolved dependency: prom#annotatedgraph;latest: not found

How I can reuse this plugin?
