Hi Robin,
You may be interested in reading the following papers. The papers deal with comparing EPC models. Most of the mined models from ProM 5.2 can be converted to EPCs.
R.M. Dijkman, M. Dumas, B. van Dongen; R. Käärik, and J. Mendling.
Similarity of Business Process Models: Metrics and Evaluation.
Information Systems 36(2), pp. 498-516, 2011.
M. Dumas, L. García-Bañuelos, and R.M. Dijkman. Similarity Search of Business Process Models. Bulletin of the Technical Committee on Data Engineering 32(3), pp. 23-28, 2009.
Hope this helps.
Best Regards,
JC
