Hi 
I wanted to import the BPI challenge 2018.xes, but face to this error.
I tried all the plugs, 
What should I do?

    Hi,

    Please run the ProM Package Manager that came with ProM 6.9 (either start ProMPM69.bat or ProMPM69.exe) and then install the JAXB package.

    This is typical if you are using Java 9 or better. Ad from Java 9, some libraries have been moved out of the Java core. ProM needs one of these libraries to parse dates (timestamps). Event log without timestamps will import just fine, but those with timestamps will give you this error. The JAXB package contains the required libraries that were moved out.
