Extract the waiting time of a specific place for a certain number of cases in the form of a file

I need to extract the waiting time of a specific place for a certain number of cases in the form of a log file, but unfortunately I didn't find that function in performance checking plugin. For example, in the figure below, with the help of the filter section, I can see the waiting time for each case, but it is not possible to extract the separated waiting times for several Cases. Is there a plugin that has this function? If not, how can I access the Performance checking Plugin Source code? Thankful

The sources for the dialog showing the Element Statistics can be found in the PNetAlignmentAnalysis package, which can be checked out from https://svn.win.tue.nl/repos/prom/Packages/PNetAlignmentAnalysis/Trunk. Please look for the file ManifestPerfPanel in org.processmining.plugins.manifestanalysis.visualization.performance.
