ProM CLI fails with "Command not found: alpha_miner"

I'm trying to run ProM CLI by following the only guide I've found.
When it encounters the line with:
net_and_marking = alpha_miner(log);

It fails with:

Command not found: alpha_miner

AlphaMiner plugin is installed via the package manager.

Any clue what could be wrong?
