ProM starts with abnormal delay in debug mode

Hi,

For several times I debug  a plug-in in eclipse and ProM starts normally.But now when I debug the plug-in, ProM starts with abnormal delay,also it's inner functionalities like importing the log which I used before or searching plug-ins work very slowly.

this problem is added too
..\OpenXES\jars\OpenXES-20180810.jar has no source attachment.

I checked the path,the file is there. I should replace the file with new one? in /..repos/prom/OpenXES/trunk.

 I develop my plug-in in the Alpha-Miner Project, and I do not know why after several successful debugging this problem happen.
