Adding additional attributes when converting CSV into XES

I have a CSV file that needs to be converted into XES, a preview of which can be found at this link https://imgur.com/a/romFc31 .

I want the instance to be 'Student ID', the event trace to be 'Yr1 CSP' while keeping 'Location_Standardised', 'Assessor_Role_Standardised' and 'Entrustibility scale' as additional event attribute that can be used to filter traces. The problem I am facing right now is that I am not sure how to add those as additional attribute. When I add the three as event attributes they end up messing up my event traces as the same clinical skills are distinguished from each other according to assessor role, location etc. Any help on this will be much appreciated! Feel free to ask for clarifying questions if you have any!
