Understanding processes with process discovery
Hello everybody,
I'm relatively new to the subject and currently doing some research to figure everything out (just because of interest ).
I'm most interested in creating value/deep understanding of processes with the application of process discovery (so it can eventually be applied more/better in businesses). I have the following two questions:
1. Do you have some reading recommendations on how process discovery can be applied in a certain business --> like within an audit?
2. When I discover a process, what is the best way to determine quickly the inputs, activities and outputs of the process?
I'd like hearing from you guys!
