New algorithm implementation in prom
Hi
I would like to implement an algorithm in prom and i need the source material that can guide me step by step.
I need to learn it quick especially the class that i can implement my own techniqe in, since I want to use the alpha algorithm interface ( log in, petri net).
Thank you

Hi mahtab,
You can refer to some plugins if there exist some similar to your algorithm. All the source codes of plugins are available at https://svn.win.tue.nl/repos/prom/Packages/.
You can also check https://svn.win.tue.nl/trac/prom/browser/Documentation to see there are some documents which can help you.Guangming Li

Thank you for your reply. In fact I can implement a new algorithm in Matlab which can produce places. But when it comes to java and prom I am an amateur and would like to know how to learn about them.

Here you find the base construct from which you can start developing https://svn.win.tue.nl/trac/prom/browser/Documentation/Workshop
Depending on your java skills give yourself some time to understand! That will save you time. To get familiar with the packet management i recommend reading https://www.win.tue.nl/promforum/discussion/715/prom-and-ivy/p1
Howdy, Stranger!
