Dear Rosangela,
Possibly, the plug-in cache in the Windows registry has been corrupted. Please see http://www.promtools.org/doku.php?id=troubleshooting:start, section on "All packages have been installed, but some plug-ins do not show" how to fix this.
After having cleaned the cache, ProM will need to revisit all jar files to rebuild the cache, please be patient.
Kind regards,
Eric.
