Event log of a telecom company
Dear all:
I would like to reproduce the results presented in the paper:
Wil M.P. van der Aalst. Spreadsheets for business process management: Using process mining to deal with "events" rather than "numbers". Bus. Process. Manag. J. vol. 24. pp105-127 (2017).
In that paper, Will van der Aalst uses an event log related to phone orders via the website of a telecom company.
I wonder if anyone has the log.
